At Flawless Money, he advises clients on regulatory authorisations, licensing strategy, safeguarding arrangements, governance/risk frameworks and operational readiness.

In his previous role as a Legal & Regulatory Project Manager at Monex Europe, Nima led the delivery of multiple regulatory change, licensing and implementation projections across UK and European entities. Nima was responsible for coordinating regulatory work streams, preparing key licensing and product permission application materials, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and helping the firm translate regulatory requirements into practical frameworks.
