She advises fintechs, e-money and payment institutions and e-commerce platforms on navigating complex multi-jurisdictional frameworks and delivering strategic initiatives, with a core focus on PSD3/PSR readiness and transition, compliance due diligence, supporting firms in expanding into new markets or launching new products.
Giedre works closely with issuers, acquirers, payment account and digital wallet providers and marketplaces, with a focus on payment system and card scheme access.
Most recently, Giedre has been heavily involved in the co-legislative process leading to the finalisation of the EU Payment Services Directive and Regulation, offering clients insights into forthcoming mandates and their practical application to the broad range of regulated and unregulated businesses.
