She is Director of Policy and Operations at the Electronic Money Association (EMA), where she represents the interest of around 100 regulated fintechs in the payments, e-money and cryptoasset sectors, interacting with regulators, governments and policymakers to shape industry responses to regulatory developments.
She focuses on payments, e-money, and fintech policy, with expertise in regulatory strategy, industry advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.
Earlier in her career, Judith worked for an MEP in Brussels, supporting the work of the European Parliament’s ECON Committee, and later represented the insurance industry at both UK and EU level.
She sits on several regulatory and industry working groups at EU and national level, including the SEPA Payment Scheme Management Board, the Central Bank of Ireland Financial Services Forum, the European Commission Payment System Market Expert Group, and is known for bridging regulatory, operational, and commercial perspectives in the evolving payments landscape.
